No, thank goodness.. Her name was Gwen, her huz was the Carol.
But, I found out about it from Norma, they were her friends. :(((

My head is twirling; as a woman, fiber artist and survivor of DA myself, this has thrown me for a loop.
I wish we had a big artist commune where we all would be safe & loved.

Makes me sad to think that since they owned that house since 1982 (that would have put her at 21 years old) that she has put up with a heck of a lot ever since she was just out of teenager-hood! To hook up with someone like that right out of the chute and end up murdered. I hate to think of what her adult life was like. I wonder how much help she would have accepted, or did she think she needed help?
Maybe I'm generalising, but if a guy is pushing 40 and is looking around at really young women, my alarm bells just start ringing.
before I offend the whole world I will just shut up :/ I just am very defensive of the young and vulnerable...
I just always think of that tracy chapman song...

very sad. all too often women are murdered by their own sig. other. what to do?
i feel like if sig. other is going to kill themselves anyway, just do that and don't take someone else's life. maybe that's harsh, but it's awfully selfish and disgusting to kill someone and then not have to deal with any consequences.
